Alright, I’m behind on the times. I know this. But I picked up this headset over the weekend, and damn, it’s probably my favorite sale pickup this year.
Currently, they are on sale at 50% off for $49.99. And it was worth every penny. I bought them Friday and they just arrived a couple of hours ago, Monday night. I did pay for expedited shipping because I’m a child and the idea of waiting is just silly.
Anyhow, I’ve been wearing them for the last hour. I’m happy. They have great sound and decent bass, and seem to be well balanced for all my music. I didn’t have to adjust any of my EQ settings to make the music sound right. The Jabra Move is really simple, and boasts 8 hours of music time and 12 days of standby time. The headset arrived fully charged, though that factory charge is usually less than optimal. I’m approaching the one hour mark quickly, and it’s still going strong.
It also features a mic that easily picks up your voice with great clarity to the other end of the line. There is obviously music control (volume, play, pause), phone call controls, and if you double press the play/pause button, it redials the last number you called. Additionally, these babies work with an included aux cord, even if the battery is dead.
Setup was simple, and took 10 seconds. It has a simple on/off switch. The ear cups are labeled left and right. I’m having a hard time finding anything wrong with it. Initially, these things are small. They won’t completely cover your ears, but they do a decent job of sealing out external sounds, at least to this point in my experience. I can’t hear my wife talking to me with volume lower than usual.
Some of the reviews list sound quality as a con, but I’m actually satisfied with the quality. They come in a sharp black, blue, and red color options.
Sidenote: my wife loves them but won’t admit it. They dont offer a color option she likes…
